Quarantine:

If you are bitten by a strange dog you will be sent to Quarantine. To get out of quarantine on your next turn you must choose a See-See-See-It card or a Do-Do-Do-It card and answer the question correctly or perform the correct action. You can then spin the spinner and move back to the main game track.

Bones:

You can win or lose bones as you go around the board. The winner is the player who has collected the most bones.

The Spinner:

The spinner controls movement of the playing pieces around the board. If any player spins the snarling dog space, then all players must race to “be a tree“. The first player to assume the tree position wins a bone. The active player spins again.

The Vet:

You may get fleas and be sent to the vet. To get out of the vet on your next turn you must choose a See-See-See-It card or a Do-Do-Do-It card and answer the question correctly or perform the correct action. You can then spin the spinner and move back to the main game track.

The Hospital:

If you do something very dangerous with a dog (as indicated on some of the red squares) you will be sent to hospital. To get out of hospital on your next turn you must choose a See-See-See-It card or a Do-Do-Do-It card and answer the question correctly or perform the correct action. You can then spin the spinner and move back to the main game track. You must use the return track that is closest to the places you left the main track.

Do-Do-Do-It Cards:

If you land on a purple paw print you must take a Do-Do-Do-It card. These cards have one of three types of activities:

  1. Answer a True or False question
  2. Answer a Multiple Choice question
  3.  Engage in a game of Simon Says with all players

Answer correctly or don’t get tricked by Simon and you win a bone.

See-See-See-It Cards:

If you land on a yellow paw print you must take a See-See-See-It card. These cards show a photo of a dog, or of children interacting with a dog. You must decide whether it would be safe for you (as a child) to approach the dog, or whether the children in the picture are doing something safe or dangerous with the dog.

Answer correctly and you win a bone.

The Paw Prints:

Yellow: Take a See-See-See-It card
Purple: Take a Do-Do-Do-It card
Green: Good things happen – you win a bone, get another turn or move ahead on the board
Red: Bad things happen – you lose a bone, lose a turn or move backwards on the board[/fusion_builder_column][/fusion_builder_row][/fusion_builder_container]
